Every joint, every carve, every finish is made to last. If your furniture develops a fault due to our workmanship or materials within five years, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
Money-Back Guarantee — 7 Days
We want you to love your piece as much as we loved making it. If it doesn’t meet your expectations, simply return it within 7 days in its original condition for a full refund. No questions asked.
Authentic Materials Guarantee
We work only with genuine, high-quality materials — solid wood, engineered marble, and premium finishes. If you ever find otherwise, we’ll replace your piece or refund your purchase in full.
10 Year Structural Warranty
The foundation of your furniture is built to endure. Frames, joints, and core structures are covered against failure for ten years under normal residential use, wear and tear not covered.
White-Glove Delivery Guarantee
From our hands to your home, every delivery is handled with care. If your piece arrives damaged, we’ll replace it immediately at no extra cost.

Furniture should feel like it was made for you. That’s why we offer complimentary adjustments (tightening, refinishing, cushion replacement) within the first 7 days of delivery.

Furniture Return Policy

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7days of delivery (you choose timeframe), provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.

Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and free from signs of wear. Custom-made or clearance items are typically non-returnable.

Process: Customers must contact us before sending any return. We’ll provide instructions and a return authorization.

Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.

Refunds: Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected, typically within 5–10 business days. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
