2. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • Prices and availability may change without prior notice.

  • Product images may slightly differ due to screen settings or photography lighting.

3. Orders

  • Placing an order confirms that you have read and agreed to these terms.

  • Orders may be canceled by Zabbi.pk in case of stock unavailability or incorrect pricing.

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be modified.

4. Payment

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and other payment methods shown during checkout.

  • Full payment must be made at the time of delivery for COD orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times vary by city and product availability.

  • Zabbi.pk is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy reflects our promise of quality and craftsmanship:

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, undamaged condition and packaging.

  • Process: Contact our team at 0303 803 4444 within the return period for instructions.

  • Refunds: Once inspected and approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

  • Exclusions: Custom-made or clearance items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

  • Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zabbi.pk is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the misuse of products, shipping delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is handled securely and will not be shared with third parties except as required for processing and delivery.
